I have always been a big fan of House Music... Atleast thats what i thought..But i realized there is still a long way to go when i recently saw this flabbergasting documentary Can You Feel It : The UMF Experience (Check IMDB here).

The film makes you feel like you are on the dance floor and in the DJ booth at the same time and has the pace and feel of a music video mixed with in-depth story lines on the artists (Tiesto, David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, Afrojack, Fedde Le Grand, Boys Noize, Laidback Luke etc.) the event and especially the rise of Dance/House Music around the world.

I couldn't agree more with David Guetta when he said that House Music is the most positive of all the music out there.

It had so much affect that I have already started saving for my trip to Miami. The atmosphere shown is absolutely mind boggling. i would want every music lover to watch it.

As GOD is for people, MUSIC is for me. I can not imagine my life without it. I agree most people experience say the same but not to an extent i do. The way people treat their god, i treat my music the same way. I share every emotion of mine with it. With Music at my side, my happy moments become happier and my gloomy moments pass by within no time. If stuck in some problem, I just turn it on and it automatically takes me towards a solution. It takes me into a different world from where I wouldn't want to return ever.

Though the main purpose of this blog is not to teach you about music as I myself don't hold much technical knowledge about it. I listen to stuff (mostly EDM, House Mixes, Trance, Dubstep) which sounds good to me. And I would want to share the same with you guys.

This is an attempt to share with you the top few numbers(in no particular order) that have been playing on my mind recently. I try to update this list every week but it may not be possible every time as I am a working professional. I try to search for new stuff whenever I get time.

An Advice: Whenever you listen to a new number, which you haven't heard before don't skip it while listening to it. I bet you wont like it even if its good. You won't ever get the feel of it. And give your verdict about the track only after listening to it for more than 2 minutes. Most of the EDM tracks pick up only after 1:30 minutes. So try to be patient.

Secondly, do not hear the tracks at low volumes. You certainly wont like it as you would miss some or the other beat.

Even after taking my advice in case you do not like the below stuff..Then throw away your speakers/headphones and get some new good quality ones... :p
